just the digits

Because i didn't get to fully write up the Jess discussion, and it is worth it, and I want to go to bed, I'mma just do digits for now.

food:
coffee, water
8:45am: left over bratwurst, peppers and onions. 
12:30pm: Metformin, turkey & cheese sandwich on 647 bread
1:45pm: 2 baby bell cheeses
6:30pm: a cheeseburger with bacon over a salad
wine
8:30pm: cheese and crackers
